Terms & conditions

Terms

  • Open Car Transport

  • Enclosed Car Transport

  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport

  • State-to-State Auto Transport

The specific services available depend on the vehicle, route, scheduling requirements, carrier availability, and other shipment details.

Before booking, customers should confirm the precise scope of the requested service and whether transportation will be performed by DriveNestle Auto Transport directly or by an independent third-party motor carrier.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on information supplied by the customer and conditions applicable when the quote is prepared. Pricing may depend on transportation distance, vehicle dimensions, vehicle condition, transport method, pickup and delivery locations, scheduling requirements, and carrier availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and shipment information. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect pricing, scheduling, or service availability.

A quote does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking. The booking confirmation and applicable written agreement will establish the agreed service and pricing terms.

Any additional charges or changes must be handled according to the applicable agreement and law. We will not treat a website estimate as a guarantee of a final price unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Pickup and delivery dates may be estimated unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Transportation schedules can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, carrier availability, mechanical issues, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers should provide accurate contact information and remain available for necessary scheduling communications.

Any changes to the pickup location, delivery destination, vehicle information, or requested dates should be communicated as early as possible. Changes may affect availability, pricing, and the transportation schedule.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle, address, and contact information.

  • Disclose whether the vehicle is operable and identify relevant mechanical issues.

  • Disclose modifications, oversized dimensions, or special loading requirements.

  • Remove personal belongings and unsecured accessories unless otherwise agreed.

  • Make the vehicle available at the agreed pickup time and location.

  • Ensure that an authorized person can complete necessary inspections and paperwork.

  • Follow reasonable loading, delivery, and documentation instructions.

Customers must have the legal authority to arrange the transportation of the vehicle and must not request transportation that violates applicable law.

5. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

The vehicle’s condition should be documented during pickup and delivery. Customers should inspect the vehicle and retain copies of applicable condition reports and photographs.

Any apparent damage should be documented on the delivery inspection report before signing, where practicable. Customers should promptly notify the appropriate carrier and service contact about damage or other concerns.

Signing a delivery document does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived. Damage claims will be handled under applicable law, the governing transportation agreement, and any relevant insurance arrangements.

6. Insurance and Liability

Insurance coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and liability may vary depending on the carrier, vehicle, shipment, and applicable agreement.

Customers should request and review the relevant carrier insurance information before transportation. Do not assume that personal belongings, mechanical failures, pre-existing damage, or every type of loss is covered.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined according to applicable law and the relevant agreements.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation rights, deposits, refunds, and rescheduling arrangements depend on the booking agreement and applicable law.

Customers should review the cancellation policy before confirming a shipment. Any applicable fees and refund conditions should be disclosed through the booking terms.

Contact DriveNestle Auto Transport as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. A request is not considered confirmed until the applicable cancellation or modification process has been completed.
